Merry Christmas Everyone!
So I guess it's officially over...but I'm still up so whatever! We had a great day full of love today. I had all these great intentions of dropping by everyones myspace page and giving some xmas love....but I just didn't have time =(

I worked christmas eve until about 5 pm, it was so fun! I really love retail. Granted I have only been back with it for a couple months....but it is fun right now! LOL! After I got home with hurried up and changed and headed to church. Service didn't start until 8 pm, but @ our church you have to get there EARLY or you won't get a seat, you'll be stuck in the bleachers or the overflow rooms and it's just not the same. I know God is everywhere....but still. So we waited patiently in the heated tent for about an hour before scoring a 3rd row seat. PERFECT! It was a beautiful ceremony and really forced me to refocus. I am who I am, my family is good and we are blessed. I know that I can sleep at night knowing that I have made God and my family proud. My Church is a great backbone and I am so thankful for it.
We got home around 10 pm and hurried to make some cookies with Santa. I had a houseful of teenagers all week so you would have thought we would have done the cookie thing already...but again...no time!
This am we were awakened around 8 am by our beautiful children. Thankfully, they enjoy sleep as much as we do so we didn't have a 5 am wakeup call like some of our friends got from their kids!! LOl! We opened the mountain of presents, James made us breakfast, and we watched the parade. After the fun and food settled, me and the kids loaded up and went to Dad's for a couple hours and yummy christmas lunch. We had fun opening more presents and eating! Josh and Dad had a huge "battle" and it was so funny! They were both wore out! After a couple hours over there, we headed back home to meet Victoria and her kids for dinner at our house. James had made a yummy turkey and Victoria fixed everything else while me and the kids were in route back to our home. It is so great to have a bff like her, cooking dinner in my kitchen on christmas, I mean really does it get much better then that? So we all ate together and played with the kids new toys.
We really are so blessed. I know a lot of changes have happened the last couple weeks, and will continue for the next couple months...but I believe we are headed in the right direction. God has a plan for us and I feel good about it now that I have let him take control. Funny....since I have let go...God had blessed me with a new job in Tx and more opportunity for growth for James as well...funny how that works!

OMG! 4 ever!

So I have totally spaced the whole blog thing until my cousin mentioned it today...a lightbulb went off in my head! Thanks Jess!

So yeah. Disneyland was fantastic. But we were glad to come home!
We were planning on returning in december and sneak in a weekend trip...but with the moving thing creapin up on us...we rescheduled to Jodie's birthday in January!

It has been a crazy couple of weeks. There has been something going on everyweekend as usual. We had a awesome birthday party last weekend. My friend Terry made me this beautiful painting of the kids with mickey ears! But the pic is not loading =( We are so blessed to have so many wonderful people in our lives!! love y'all!!



We went to a family thanksgiving party today. It was great to see the family that I haven't seen since xmas last year! That is way too long as far as Im concerned, but you know everyone has their lives! I enjoy spending time with my family, and plan to make more time for them in the new year! I am going to re build the Sherman/Williams Clan!!

So it's almost bedtime! Yeah! Just thought I would drop a few mins to catch y'all up! I didn't realize my blog was so popular! I have had several people comment on it the last couple days so I thought I would get back on track. Im addicted 2 myspace, but I guess more people are turning to blogs! Anyway!

This weekend was FUN! Friday night I went to a bachelorette party in downtown sac. It was amazing! I danced my booty off!

Sat we just hung out. I had a couple things planned, but I just wasn't feeling it so we had a lazy day. We went to early church service Sun, had breakfast at the new Golden Corral in EG (just had to go...feeling TX homesick =()




Last weekend, we hung out with Victoria and the kids. It's amazing how fast they are growing up. It seems like yesterday Jodie and Hailey were these little chunky babies crawling all over each other...now they are talking about their schools and teachers...WHAT HAPPENED!LOL!



Oh yeah! Jodie had ice cream social at school last friday. it's a HUGE deal when ur in kindergarten! She talked about it non stop! It was a great family activity and we got to meet a lot of her classmates parents! Yeah! New friends!! Here is a pic of Jodie and her teacher Mrs. Larson.





So we are almost under the 10 day mark until disneyland. And all I have done to prepare is pull the suitcases out. A whole lot of good that does me! Our weekend is full of family stuff and birthday parties so Im just going to be up late next week knocking it all out. Packing for 4 people 4 10 days is just a chore! Oh well, at least God has blessed us with the ability to take our family on vacation!

So HI! I keep trying to figure out how to add my cousin Jessica's blog and my favorite scrapbook store onto my favorite blog list...but it is just not working! GRRRR!

So wow! What a wonderful last couple weeks! We spent a friday night at the fair with friends, a breathtaking sat @ the Schreibman Nest and Sunday dinner with Papa...and this weekend I went to Country in the park with some friends and we spent the holiday monday (OUR ANNIVERSARY) in San Francisco! It has been a great couple weeks. I truly am blessed and love my life!


To make it even better! The scrapbook store called this am to let me know that my layout won!! WooHOO! $25 gift certificate for me! Im down with that!!

So the only thing that is frustrating me now is my tupperware order! I placed a large order for some friends and it's taking forever cause of the stupid storms! WTH!

So back to cleaning....just thought I would take a few mins to say "HI!"

P.s My parents did get a base house in TX! They will be moving straight from the base hotel in the house! THAT NEVER HAPPENS!! Yeah for TX!!

Happy Birthday Heather!

This week has went by so slow. James and I have been on totally opposite schedules and this week has really put a toll on us. Thankfully, he has the next 3 days off so we should be able to catch up a little!

Jodie wrapped up her fundraiser! Thanks to all who ordered! She won a bunch of useless crap! LOL!

Josh got a new lightning mcqueen bed. Jodie broke her bed jumping on it and rather then reward her bad behavior by buying her a new bed, we gave her Josh's! She wasn't upset about it.

We have a great weekend planned. We are going to the fair tomorrow night with some friends and then to Carolees mansion in the hills for the weekend. Can't wait to party it up with all those crazy ladies!

Club 33 reservations!!

So our family is so into Disneyland...it's kinda ridiculous! But through my wonderful job I was able to secure a reservation for the secret, secret invitation only restaurant!! So excited! It's hellllllla expensive! But so worth it just for the experience. Google Club 33 and check it out!

Jodie has movie night @ Sims tomorrow night. We will all be eating popcorn and watching Alvin and the chipmunks in Pj's with Jodie's friends and parents. She is really excited...im really nervous...I feel like im going on a job interview! LOL!

We are thinking about heading out of town again this weekend. There is a scrapbook expo in San Jose and so Im trying to bribe James to drop me off there and take the kids to the raging waters up there since we have season passes...wish me luck!!

I have my van back! YEAH! So stoked about that. Even though the allignment is waaaay off so James will be running it back by the shop tomorrow. But I was very pleased with the body work and the staff. So if you need some body work. Shout out to California Auto Body on Franklin (422-4910). Ask for Jose and tell him that I sent you! He will give you a hook up!

That's about it. THis month is already filling up as well! I was just sitting down with a friend trying to figure out when we could take a scrapbook class together and it just wasn't working! Man am I lucky to have such great friends and family to keep us so busy!!

A new Chapter!

Jodie is on day 3 of KINDERGARTEN! I mean seriously...where did time go? Someone once told me to enjoy high school because they were the best days of your life. That saying has stuck in my head....CAUSE IT WAS A LIE! These are the best days of our lives! Our daughter is learning and our precious little family is growing up! Jodie loves her teacher, her new friends and best of all....SNACK TIME!

James is trucking along at Target. He will soon be back to school himself for his second semester @ CRC. He's excited about being a helper in Jodie's classroom and getting to spend some quality time with the kids seperate! They always seem to act better that way....imagine that!

I am still work, work, workin! I won sales contests 3 out of the last 4 weeks! They are small contests within our region, but it's a cool deal because we haven't won anything in a long time! It's the little things that give confidence and motivate me! I was in a car accident and am still working on recovery. My van had about $6K in damage and is still in the shop....NO IT WASN'T MY FAULT! LOL!

Last, but not least. Josh. He is talking and really expressing how he sees his world. He has recently became addicted to super heros. He is dealing with his sister being gone better each day. It has really given him and his daddy some great one on one time.

This month is just about done. We are thinking about planning a trip out of town this weekend...but maybe not. My stepmom just called to let us know that my baby sister is getting dedicated this weekend. Carolee is in town this week so hopefully we will get to spend some time with her as well! Happy Birthday Carolee!

P.s. I just talked to my mom and her and my sister Jessica just came home with a slew of FIRST place ribbons from the NJ fair! Woohoo!! Way to go girls....im jealous!

Inspired!

I have been inspired by my friends Krista & Jeremy and their diligence to their blog. So here we go. I'm gonna try to stay on top of it! Our lives have been crazy busy. The month of June included a trip to vegas for James 30th birthday. about a half a dozen birthday parties and bbqs, a couple trips to raging waters, Family trip to lake Hogan with the Sherman Crew and a Family reunion in Marysville. A busy month! On top of all that, I have been having some of the best months at work. New business has been flowing in. I am finally seeing the benefits of all my hard work!
